Sophia's Market
A small family-run pantry, curating specialty groceries with care. We buy in modest quantities, store them properly, and pass on honest prices to people who cook with intention.
Pickup & Delivery
For now, Sophia arranges pickup or hand-delivery directly with each customer. After you place your order we'll be in touch by email to sort out a time and place that works for both of us.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders are collected from our supplier in batches, so most reach you within 3–7 days.
Proper pickup points and a delivery service are on the way — we'll roll those out as the shop grows.
Payment
Orders are paid by direct bank transfer. After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details and a unique order reference.
Once payment is received we begin preparing your order. PayID and card payments are on the roadmap.
Refunds
If something is not right with your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days and we will make it right.
